I was so sad to read this and can not believe another one of my favorite mags are no longer around! This was borrowed from Southern Accents.com
A Note from Editor in Chief Karen Carroll As many of you may have heard by now, Southern Accents is closing and the September-October issue will be our last. For the past 32 years, it has been our great privilege to work with so many talented, creative people to showcase beautiful houses and gardens, and to be a champion of the gracious lifestyle of this wonderful region we call home. We deeply appreciate the loyalty and support that our readers–both of the magazine and our blog–have shown us. You are the reason it has been such a joy to be a part of this industry and we appreciate you more than we can say.
Ok, it seems like I just disappeared. I have not been able to find the time to blog. I miss reading everyone's posts and hearing from everyone. It just seemed so much easier when the girls were home all summer. With school and all the extra activities and volunteering.... cooking & cleaning and all that goes along with being a SAHM and full time wife.....I have found little to no time for me. Matter of fact as I am writing this, I forgot that I have a tap class tonight. Doesn't look like I will be going, as hubbie went to NFL game tonight. Don't think they would appreciate me bring my girls to class. Other then that we are loving fall and looking forward to the up coming holidays. The girls are scooting and riding bikes around the house. All have been feed and are ready for bed. I am so EXCITED about Zoe tonight. Sad this will be the last one of the season. Have a fabulous night & can't wait to hear from ya!! Missed ya tons. I also promise to post about the mermaids:) Love,Love,Love YA
I am your modern day professional mom. I choose to stay at home and work for two adorable, tenacious, SPIRITED identical twin girls. Who just so happen to look, act and breathe Eloise. Let's just say EloiseX2!
In a past life.....I was a Junior Leaguer, Shopper, & A Traveler. I once returned phone calls and had plenty of Sex in the City girlfriends. I traded all that to be a Domestic Diva. So follow me on my many adventures of life!
I met myself in Paris....
Back in my early twenties!!
